RSVPs will turn off June 1st. If you have any questions, please refer to FAQs first. We cant wait to celebrate with you - The Alexander’s
It all started in 2018, when Velma was on a serious spiritual journey—no distractions, no drama, just her and the Lord. Then BOOM—Ron showed up. Naturally, Velma thought, “This must be a test!” But God had a sense of humor and a plan. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t the enemy—it was her future husband. After two months of dating, Ron, being the confident man he is, told Velma he was ready to make it official. Velma said yes (the first of many yeses to come), and they’ve been stuck like glue ever since. Fast forward six years—Velma thought she was heading to her 90s-themed backyard BBQ (cue the oversized jerseys and boombox vibes). Turns out, Ron had secretly planned the ultimate plot twist: an engagement party! He got down on one knee, and Velma said yes again—this time with ugly crying and a lot of screaming from family and friends. Now, after seven years of laughter, love, and Ron stealing Velma’s snacks, the two will finally say “I do” on July 26, 2025. Why that date? Because they’re deep like that. July (month 7) marks spiritual completion. The 26th? That’s 2+6 = 8, aka new beginnings. And 2025? 2+0+2+5 = 9, the number of spiritual maturity and the fruit of the Spirit. So yes, even their date is holy math! But what truly makes this love story special is the unconditional love they’ve poured into their blended family. From day one, they’ve shown up not just for each other—but for their children. With open hearts, endless patience, and lots of laughter, they’ve created a home where love knows no limits and every child is deeply cherished. From a “maybe this is a distraction” to “I can’t live without you,” this is a love story only God could write—with a few plot twists, lots of laughter, and unconditional love.
