Here's what to expect for the day! We will have lots of finger foods and free dinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). We will have a time for speeches around 4:30pm. After that if is more food and dinks.

What do I wear?
Please wear your comfy summer clothing! This is for fun and spending time together.

Will there be beverages?
Yes! We will provide beer, a red wine and a white wine, and punch. We will also have non-alcoholic punch and water available as well.

Is it a BBQ?
No, sorry. It will consist of tasty finger foods.

What time should I arrive?
Please feel free to come anytime between 3pm and 6pm. The reception will go until 7pm.

Where is the reception?
The reception is at the planetarium on 1100 Chestnut St. Please enter through the front and go to the desk for directions.

Where do I park?
There is a large parking lot at the planetarium. However, it can get busy during the summer so you may want to carpool. Also please consider having a designated driver or using uber for safe transportation.
