What is the dress code?

We welcome you to show up and show out! Our dress code is formal/cocktail attire which typically means suits and dresses. Please note that we are getting married in the summer so be mindful of the material you choose. While we appreciate all forms of personal expression, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers, tracksuits, and ANY WHITE DRESSES. If you have to ask yourself if your dress is too white, then please do not wear it.

Where is it and how do we get there?

Our ceremony will be at Islington Town Hall which is within walking distance of Angel Station and Highbury and Islington Station, or can reached by bus via the 4, 19, 30, or 43. Our reception will be held at The Cambria. To get there you can get the Victoria line from Highbury and Islington Station to Brixton and then the P4 to The Cambria

What time should we arrive?

For those attending both the ceremony and reception, please arrive at Islington Town Hall by 2:40 at the latest. If you are not on time then you will not be able to join us inside. For those who are just coming to the reception, please arrive at The Cambria at 5:00!

Can I take photos at the ceremony?

While we know that everyone wants to take pictures to commemorate the day, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please leave the photography to the professionals and just enjoy the moment!

What's the weather like?

We are hoping for a beautiful, warm, sunny day however, London weather loves to play tricks so please check the forecast on the day and see if you will need an umbrella. Both our ceremony and reception will be indoors so no need to worry too much.
