If you booked through our travel agency, Jus Adventures, please note the following: • Final payment is due by June 28, 2025. • If you’re unsure of your balance or never received confirmation, please email jazmine@jusadventures.com or call 1-430-440-0168 as soon as possible. • Some guests have had difficulty accessing the booking site or getting in touch. I didn’t use the travel agency—can I still come to the wedding?

Absolutely! If you booked on your own (not through Jus Adventures), please make sure: • Your name is on our guest list so we can plan for your arrival. • You’re staying at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites or have a wedding day pass if staying elsewhere. • You’re aware that the resort has a 3-night minimum stay for wedding events. ➡️ Please make sure you're added to the guest list so we can include you in headcounts.

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! While the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall is an adults-only property, the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach & Suites resorts (including where our wedding will be held) are family-friendly and welcome children. We’ll have our own children with us, and we completely understand if you’re traveling as a family. Just make sure: • You’re staying at one of the family-friendly Iberostar properties (Rose Hall Beach or Suites) • You let us know in your RSVP so we can account for your little ones in the guest count • If your child is not staying at the resort, they will need a wedding day pass to attend the celebration We can’t wait to celebrate with all generations—kids included!

What should I wear to the wedding?

We’re going for ethereal elegance—chic, polished, and full of love. To help the day feel beautifully cohesive, we’re inviting our guests to wear attire inspired by our wedding color palette: 🌿 Pistachio (#d6d4c5) 🌱 Sage Suede (#706f59) 🌸 Dusty Rose (#ab8b7b) 🍂 Clay Amber (#7d7460) 🍷 Muted Garnet (#493b32) Please feel free to interpret the palette however you like—whether that’s a soft sage suit, a rose-toned dress, or muted metallic accents. The most important thing is that you feel confident and comfortable! This will be an outdoor beach ceremony and reception, so we recommend: • Lightweight fabrics and breathable materials • Wedges or dressy sandals (no stilettos—we’ll be in the sand!) • Dressy resortwear or formal summer attire (think: garden party meets destination glam) And yes, color-coordinated kids are welcome too 💛

What if I’m staying at another hotel or off the resort? Can I still attend the wedding?

Answer

If you’re not staying at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, you will need to purchase a wedding day pass to attend the ceremony and reception.
