Is there a dress code?

Please dress for the weather as you will be outside in the heat and walking on grass, gravel and hills. There will be golf cart rides for those who need extra assistance.

What if it is raining?

We are planning the ceremony for outside at dusk but we will use the reception tent if the weather is rainy.

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes. We are serving finger foods, mini sandwiches, appetizers, beer, wine, sodas, seltzers, and water beginning 7pm.

Will there be fireworks?

Answer

Yes! Directly following the ceremony, we will have a fireworks display you can view from your seats. There will most likely be some fireworks throughout the reception as well.

Will there be music?

Yes! We plan to have music throughout the evening and DJ dancing for the reception.

Where are people staying?

Answer

We are staying at the Clarion Inn Asheville Airport and have block rooms at a discount for wedding guests. Also check out airbnb houses near the property and other hotels near the property. See the travel details above for more info.

What facilities are on the site?

Answer

We will have a brand new outdoor privy for your bathroom needs. There will be a tent for seating and reception. We will not have access to Nana and Papas residence for the wedding activities.
