Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

This is the main event. The reason we’re all dressed up. Arrive a little early, find your seat, and prepare for vows, happy tears, and at least one dramatic tissue grab. Plan to arrive by 5:00pm. If you’re not early, you’re late — and yes, we will notice.

Drinks. Nibbles. Mingling. This is your official window to grab a signature cocktail, say hello to people you haven’t seen in years, and begin forming opinions about the dance floor playlist. During this time we'll be sneaking away for photos (so if you don't see us immediately, we promise we're not ignoring you. We're just being professionally posed.) And now...the important part: The "Harry & Evie" Signature Cocktail Named after our doggies who sadly can't attend (apparently "very good boys/girls" is not a legally recognized service credential), this drink is a tropical burst of sunshine with a rum kick. Proceed accordingly... Light bites will be served. Strategic second drinks are encouraged.

Hotel Indigo For those who like their wedding weekend with a side of boutique vibes. Think stylish rooms, fun design, and the perfect backdrop for your “getting ready” selfies. 2. Home2Suites For our practical queens, kings, and everyone who likes extra space. Suites mean more room to spread out, store your outfits, and recover from the dance floor. Nearby Option: Embassy Suites The Embassy Suites is right next door to the Indigo and Home2Suites if you prefer that brand — we don’t have a room block there, but it’s literally neighbors with the others, so you won’t miss a thing.

Shuttle service to the Country Club (we’ve got you covered). There will be a free shuttle taking guests to and from the country club for the wedding — because we prefer you focused on celebrating, not navigating. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Hotel Indigo. Guests staying at the Home2Suites and Embassy Suites can simply walk over to Hotel Indigo to catch the ride (its just a short trip across the parking lot). Hop on, enjoy the ride, and we'll see you at the party! Pickup Schedule (from Hotel Indigo): First pickup: 4:00 PM Second pickup: 4:45 PM Return shuttles will run at the end of the reception to bring everyone safely back to the hotels. If you miss the first shuttle, congratulations — you’ve earned 40 more minutes to mentally prepare.
