Our Love Story
It all started at the most romantic place anyone could ever imagine, Carney Hospital. Taylor was working as a travel nurse in the Emergency Department and Terry was working for Boston EMS. To this day, neither will admit who started this connection. Taylor says Terry added her on FB within an hour of being her patient and Terry will say Taylor asked what gym was open during Covid on his Instagram story… the truth, we will never know. But here we are! Picture this: it was 3am after one of Taylor’s shift at Carney, Terry greeted her with Mac and cheese and smile at his house in Dorchester and the rest is history. After that first “date” the two of them have been inseparable (Terry just never left Taylor’s apartment) and they have spent every day together. Taylor and Terry have traveled up and down the coast every day off that they have had together. They also have traveled to Disney world some will say one too many times. After all of their grand adventures they welcome their first little man Jackson, who only grew their relationship closer. Fast forward 26 months… and their love has grown by another little man, Charlie. And now? It is FINALLY time to celebrate Taylor and Terry’s love story that first started their little family together… and they cannot WAIT to celebrate with you!

One of three options! 1- Drive and park on site 2- Take trolley from hotel (Newport Harbor Marina Hotel) 3- If you are staying at Newport Harbor Island Resort (and you want to) you’re a 4 minute walk from Belle Mer Island House!

As much as we LOVE kids, we want everyone to be able to fully enjoy themselves and not worry about being in full blown mom & dad mode. That means a kid-less night away for you!

In order to ensure you are able to enter the venue for the ceremony please arrive no later than 5:15pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. We are so excited to see you!

Yes there is a free parking lot located directly at our venue, Belle Mer!

If your formal invitation lists a plus one you are welcome to bring a date. If no plus one is listed we ask you to please not bring a date. This is to ensure that everyone has a seat for the ceremony and dinner. We hope you understand!

Yes! We are registered through Zola. You can find our registry listed on this wedding website underneath “registry”.

If you have an allergy please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible so we can notify our venue to accommodate you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will be arranging a trolley service for pickup from our hotel blocks at Newport Harbor Island Resort & Newport Harbor Marina Hotel. I will list times of pickup as soon as this is officially set up!

Will your ceremony take place inside or outside?
Answer
Ideally the New England weather will cooperate and we will be able to have our ceremony outside on the lawn by the water! That being said, please prepare for unpredictable New England weather.
