We kindly ask that you dress up with us! Does not have to be anything special or fancy but in our opinion it would look better for our pictures! Our colors are sage green, navy, dusty blue with accents of black and gold! Also, the bride request that ladies not wear white please!
We will have an unplugged wedding ceremony! This means no phones allowed and no taking pictures! We have 2 of our very best friends taking professional photos for us during this time. At the reception it is okay to take all the pictures you would like!
All plus ones should be addressed on the front of the envelope on our paper invitations for example “name” or “guest” if there is not one and you are inquiring that you can bring a guest please contact us and we can confirm it for you!! Message Taylor (217)-653-8005 once confirmed we will add to your party and then you can rsvp all together!
Yes! We love kiddos! And would love to have them on our special day! Ensure they are on their best behavior! If you want a parents night out, Away from the kids, we completely understand!!!
We will be having pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, fruit trays meat and cheese trays, chips and various types of dip For dessert we will have cupcakes, cookies, brownies at our sweets and treats table!
We will provide water, lemonade, and tea and as far as alcohol goes, we will have alcohol, limited to: various beers and seltzers for our guests. Each table will have a bottle of champagne and champagne glasses for everyone to toast! Keep in mind!! US AND THE LODGE will NOT be responsible for any accidents, if you choose to drink please have a designated driver to get you home!
As any reception, the groom and the bride kindly ask that you join them to have the best time!! We have specifically created a playlist of our favorite songs to have the upmost fun time! This only happens once! So let loose! Laugh and let’s have a good time!
