Our story began at our local running shop. We first crossed paths when he moved back to town and started working there. What started as casual conversations over gear and group runs quickly turned into something more. Our first date was a run on the Turnagain Arm Trail. Micah offered to help me preview the route for an upcoming race… even though he accidentally took us the wrong direction. (It’s still up for debate whether that was part of the plan!) But that small detour led to something bigger — we kept running together, and before long, we realized we were building more than just mileage. From that first trail run to now, every step has brought us closer — and we’re so excited to take the next one together.
