Keystone offers complimentary transportation for guests lodging within Keystone Resort who have booked under our special group code. Any guests staying outside of the group code (Air BnB, VRBO, Private residence) are encouraged to go to the River Run Village or Lodge and Spa to catch the shuttle on the wedding day. Shuttle service begins at 3:45pm. Please be at the River Run Gondola by 4:15pm to ensure all guests make it up the mountain in time.

The ceremony will be held at Timber Ridge Anticipation Ski Run.

The cocktail hour and reception will be held at Timber Ridge Lodge immediately following the ceremony.

Please be at the ceremony site no later that 450pm. We will be starting the ceremony at exactly 5pm. You will need to be at the River Run Ski lift by 415pm to ensure you are atop the mountain on time!
