Join us as we say “I do”! Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM and the doors to the venue will open at 4:45PM. Please plan to arrive at the restaurant to be seated and settled before it starts. We can’t wait to share this moment with you.

Join us for drinks, dinner, and dancing! Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony, with the reception to follow—all at the same location. Once you're seated for the reception, our catering team will take your entrée order at the table. Dinner service will begin shortly after, and entrées will be served around 7:45 PM. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy the conversation and company in the meantime!

Flight

Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD)

If you are flying into O'Hare, you can either take an Uber (45 minutes - 1.5 hours depending on traffic) or you can take the CTA to get to Embassy Suites. Directions are below for public transit via the CTA: From O’Hare International Airport (ORD) by CTA Blue + Red Lines (Approx. 60 minutes, $2.50): Inside the airport, follow signs to the CTA ‘L’ Train - Blue Line station (connected to Terminal 2). Buy a Ventra ticket ($2.50) or tap in with a contactless card/phone. Take the Blue Line train toward Forest Park. Ride to Jackson Station (~45 minutes). At Jackson, transfer to the Red Line: Follow signs for the free transfer tunnel to Jackson/State Red Line (no need to exit the station). Board the Red Line train northbound toward Howard. Ride 2 stops to Grand Station. Exit at Grand/State — the Embassy Suites River North is just 1 block west (about a 2-minute walk).

Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW)

If you are flying into Midway, you can either take an Uber (30 minutes - 1 hour depending on traffic) or you can take the CTA to get to Embassy Suites. Directions are below for public transit via the CTA: From Midway International Airport (MDW) by CTA Orange + Red Lines (Approx. 50–60 minutes, $2.50): Take the pedestrian bridge from the terminal to the CTA Orange Line station. Buy a Ventra ticket ($2.50) or use a contactless card/phone. Take the Orange Line train toward the Loop. Ride to Roosevelt Station (~25 minutes). At Roosevelt, transfer to the Red Line (upstairs transfer within the same station). Board the Red Line train northbound toward Howard. Ride 3 stops to Grand Station. Exit at Grand/State — Embassy Suites is just 1 block away.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The venue will be open to guests 15 minutes before the ceremony. Please plan to arrive with enough time to be seated and comfortable before the ceremony starts!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

The Embassy Suites is conveniently connected to Osteria via Stato. If you’re staying elsewhere in the city, Uber and taxis are readily available for transportation.

We kindly request that our guests follow a formal dress code. We are excited to see everyone dressed in their best!
