We're asking everyone to RSVP by September 1 so we can provide a finalized list to our venues.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Having lived together for as long as we have, we have everything we need and prefer the gift of your presence instead.

Are you okay with me taking photos with my phone?

Answer

Before and after the ceremony, the answer is yes! While we understand everyone’s excitement about us getting married, we ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have a photographer who will be taking photos and filming for us, so you can sit back and enjoy the ceremony. We ask that no one posts photos on social media without asking us first, please.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is preferred. However, depending on weather, we understand it may be hot outside, suite jackets aren’t required. We suggest to wear shoes that are comfortable to walk in, as you may want to explore in between the ceremony and dinner.

Indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception dinner will be held indoors. Nora’s does have an outside terrace we will have access to as well.

Where are you staying? Where should I stay?

Answer

We are staying at the Aria Resort and Casino. We have reserved a hotel block for anyone that would like to book there as well. But feel free to stay wherever you would like! We suggest that you may want to stay near the Aria, such as MGM Grand, the Bellagio or Caesar’s Palace.

When are you arriving to Las Vegas? when should I arrive?

Answer

We land on Wednesday afternoon, 10/1 and leave on Sunday morning, 10/5. There is not a specific time we’re asking for everyone to arrive by, however Thursday would be preferred.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled for 3:30pm. The venue space will not be made available to us until 5 minutes before our scheduled start time. The ceremony itself will only take approximately 15 minutes, we will have the venue available to us for a full hour for photos. If you have not arrived by 3:30pm, we are unable to postpone the ceremony at all, due to strict time constraints. We suggest to plan on arriving no later than 3:25pm.

Am I able to bring a plus one? What about children?

Answer

We have added anyone with a plus one as a guest on your invitation. We are limited on space at both the ceremony and reception dinner. We ask if you were expecting a plus one but do not see it on your RSVP, please reach out to either of us so we can help. Regarding children, the ceremony venue has a no child policy, so we ask that you make accommodations for any small children. Please reach out if you have any concerns regarding this.

Any plans or events for after reception dinner?

We have the room booked at Nora’s until 10pm. However, we may not stay the whole length of time, but please feel free to! We plan to go out dancing with whoever is feeling up to continuing the celebration into the evening.

Venue parking and accessibility information.

Answer

The Sure Thing Wedding Chapel: There is parking available on the street right in front of the chapel on Fremont St. There is also a parking lot behind the building. You can enter this lot off Maryland Pwky or 11th St. It is a paid lot, so don’t forget to validate your ticket! The chapel entrance is right off the street once you approach the building. Nora’s Italian Cuisine: There is both private restaurant parking and public street parking available. There is accessible parking near the entrance of the restaurant. We will be seated on the second floor. We have confirmed that the restaurant has an elevator that will bring you upstairs.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We researched and chose this date specifically because there wasn’t any events going on in Las Vegas, at the time. We will continue to monitor and update here if anything comes up prior to the ceremony.
