The venue is an Enviromental Learning Center? What does that mean?

Answer

The venue offers panoramic views of the serene McColl Pond and fishing pier as well as the surrounding landscape, gardens, and walking trails. In addition to the natural areas, the ELC provides convenient access to a playground area and picnic shelter, as well as the 53-acre Savage Community Park. We are aiming to keep our day as recycle/renewable as possible to help preserve the nature we are surrounded by.

Is there parking, is it free?

Answer

YES! There is a large parking lot just outside the venue with multiple other smaller lots nearby. All parking is free. There is hanidcap parking available as well.

Will this be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our hope is to have the ceremony outside and party between in and out. Weather permitting. The venue does have a large, covered patio with tables and seating as well. We hope to have many outdoor and indoor games for everyone to enjoy.

Will there be food?

Answer

At this time we are working to nail down a caterer. We are looking to have a buffet style taco bar. Please let us know when you RSVP if you need a vegetarian/vegan option, or have a dietary restrictions. We will be happy to accomodate those so you can enjoy with us!

What is the dress code/theme for the party?

Answer

We would love for you to come in whatever you feel is comfortable. Maybe not Sunday sweatpants lol, but nothing fancy is required! We want everyone to come and have a fun time celebrating with us. We plan to have food, games, karaoke. If you know us, you know we are quirky and silly, so we hope you will enjoy and have lots of laughs!
