To assist with travel, shuttles have been organized for both Friday and Saturday. Friday: The pick-up and drop-off location is Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore in Florence. Pick-up is at 3PM. Shuttles will return to Florence from the villa at 8PM and 9PM. Saturday: The pick-up and drop-off location is Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore in Florence. Pick-up is at 4PM. Shuttles will return to Florence from the villa at Midnight and 1AM.

ETIAS Travel Visa (Not Required Yet)
As you start planning for your trip to Italy to join us for our wedding, it’s important to note that Europe’s entry rules are changing in 2025. ETIAS (The European Travel Information and Authorization System) will require visitors from certain countries, including the US, to register online before traveling to the EU and Schengen Area, including Italy. The ETIAS has not launched yet and will most likely launch in 2026 but please watch out for developments. To get to Florence from Rome, take the high-speed train (ItaliaRail, an hour and 30 minutes from Roma Termini Station to Firenze Santa Maria Novella, $35). Also, great if you're looking for a day trip before the celebrations.

A member of our event staff will greet you. Return shuttles back are scheduled for 8PM and 9PM. Saturday: Pick-up will be at the Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore in Florence at 4PM. A member of our event staff will greet you. Return shuttles back are scheduled for Midnight and 1AM. For those interested in driving directly to the venue, parking is available. Ubers are newly introduced to Florence, but are minimal and expensive.

Absolutely! We recommend staying close to the Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore in Florence if you wish to take the shuttle service to the venue.
