When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 1st! If you are unable to attend, you will be dearly missed. However, please respond 'Not Attending' so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm to ensure you will be seated in time for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

We ask that everyone wear a 'dressy casual' outfit. Dressed up, but comfortable enough to get on the dance floor!

Can I bring a date?

If you would like to bring a plus one who has not been included on your invitation, please reach out to us!

Are kids welcome?

Yes, kids are welcome to join us! Feel free to bring them along, or use this as a date night out. We ask that you let us know how many people will be in your party so we can accommodate accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location and there will be ample parking.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you are traveling to join us, there are several options for places to stay. If you prefer to stay at a hotel, the closest option would be the Timberlake Hotel in Staples. However, we will not be responsible for shuttling to and from.

Can I stay onsite?

Answer

If you wish to stay onsite, you are more than welcome to bring a camper and spend the night! Please let us know if you are going to stay and we will happily accommodate.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will provide a variety of liquor/mixers and beer! If you would like anything beyond these options, please BYOB.
