What is the attire?

Answer

The ceremony and reception attire is formal. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses in light, summery hues. Soft pastels, floral prints, and bright seasonal colors are all welcome. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a dark suit with a tie or a tuxedo. Classic black, navy, or charcoal are timeless choices. For a summer touch, lighter suiting in shades such as navy or mid-gray is also welcome.

Will transportation be provided?

Charter buses will run between The Fort Worth Club and Robert Carr Chapel. Guests riding the charter to the ceremony should park in The Fort Worth Club garage and save their ticket for validation at the reception. Buses will depart from Taylor Street at 5:25 PM. After the ceremony buses will return guests to The Fort Worth Club. Guests who Uber to the chapel may take the charter buses to the reception.

Is there a block of hotel rooms with a discounted wedding rate?

Answer

Due to limited hotel availability during the World Cup in the DFW area, discounted room blocks at downtown hotels were not available. We recommend booking accommodations as early as possible.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us!
