Best Man

Ivan and Dakota met through baseball when they were on the Pirates back in 2006. The friendship grew over the summers when they went to the same community pool. From pool parties to skating all over the place, a strong bond was formed. As they got older, they hung out pretty much daily, whether it was going to car meets or fishing or anything really. Ivan has been serving in the NAVY for 8 years now and is finally back on the east coast.

Maid of Honor

Renee and Rachel met through Dakota at a house party, back in the summer of 2012. They hit it off right away and became best friends practically overnight. Together they are an unstoppable, funny and crazy duo. They love hard and they’ve had each other’s backs for over a decade.

Anthony Noyes

Groomsman

Anthony and Dakota met in an Algebra II class, at Tallwood High School, in 2009. They both played video games and ended up gaming together a lot. Eventually, Anthony learned how to ride a longboard and late night skate sessions became the norm. Between house parties, skating, and video games, a strong friendship grew. Dakota was Anthony’s best man 10 years ago, when he married Sara.

Molly and Rachel met in 2nd grade when they joined the Girl Scouts, Troop 1439! They maintained their friendship through the hardships of middle school, the heartbreaks of high school, and their moms being pregnant with their little sisters at the same time. Fun times! Over 20 years of friendship for these gals!

Matt and Dakota met back in 2015, through a mutual friend. They quickly hit it off and hung out almost daily. They went to concerts, partied, and skated together a few times. Dakota convinced Matt to make the switch from Xbox to PlayStation and they played games together. In 2020, they moved in together and had some good years as roommates.

Samantha Groseth

Samantha is the first of Rachel’s siblings. Sam turned Rachel into a big sister at the age of 10. Given the age gap, things weren’t always easy for the two but, they loved each other to the moon and back. As they grew up, so did their sisterly love. The distance made their friendship and love for one another that much stronger. Samantha is currently living in Texas and working on her college degree.

Kevin Whitbeck

Kevin and Dakota were introduced to each other shortly after Kevin was born. Their moms were both pregnant at the same time and passed that friendship down a generation. From going to the same daycares and summer camps, to playing on the same sports teams, and going on vacations together, Dakota and Kevin have always been in each other’s lives. Dakota was Kevin’s best man when he got married in 2017.

Leah is the 2nd of Rachel’s sisters and 4th of the siblings. Leah and Rachel are the Bible Babies, meaning they both have biblical names and have shared a bond over it. They are very similar in that they are super goofy, kind, and social butterflies. Leah is in her senior year of high school and was just accepted into University of Oklahoma. She is very excited! “Boomer Sooner!”

Daryl Groseth

Daryl is Rachel’s favorite and only brother. He is the 3rd of the siblings. Even though he is 6’3”, she still sees him as the speedy, army crawling, chubby baby he once was. Daryl graduated from high school in 2024 and is now working in construction and irrigation in Texas.

Addie is the 3rd sister of Rachel. Addison is the 5th and final baby of the siblings. Addie is going into her freshmen year of high school. Not only is she a rockstar basketball player but, she is also incredibly smart.
