When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by July 20, 2025 so we can finalize our guest count. If we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late responses. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to dress in elevated, semi-formal attire that fits the refined yet effortless beachside setting. Women can wear midi or maxi dresses, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits in soft, romantic colors like pastels, light blues, peachy pinks, or neutrals—just please avoid wearing white, anything too close to it, or bright red. Men should wear a suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and a tie—jackets are optional but add a nice touch. We kindly ask that guests avoid shorts, flip-flops, or overly casual attire. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Since our ceremony will be outdoors on natural terrain, we recommend wearing block heels, wedges, dressy flats, or formal sandals instead of stilettos or thin heels. The reception will also be outdoors, so comfortable yet elegant footwear is best for the evening.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

San Diego is usually sunny and warm, but it can get breezy by the ocean. We recommend bringing a light layer just in case!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at least 20-25 minutes early to ensure you have time to arrive/park and get settled before the ceremony begins.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is limited parking available at the ceremony, and street parking may also be an option nearby. We recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service if possible to make parking easier.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors with beautiful coastal views. The reception will also take place outdoors on the patio of the hotel.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception are at different locations. Our ceremony will be at Luscomb's Point, and the reception dinner will be at The Monsaraz San Diego on the patio.

Are there restrooms at the ceremony location?

No, there are no bathrooms at the ceremony site. Please plan ahead and use the restroom before arriving.

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Our wedding is an intimate celebration, and we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us!

Will there be a reception after the ceremony?

Yes! After the ceremony, we’ll be hosting a casual dinner with drinks and music at The Monsaraz San Diego on the patio. It’ll be a relaxed evening filled with good food, great company, and celebrating together.

Will there be food and drinks at the ceremony?

Answer

No food or drinks are allowed at the ceremony location, so please plan accordingly! But don’t worry—there will be plenty of delicious food and drinks at the reception afterward!
