How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before Tuesday, September 3, 2024. If you are unable to attend we would appreciate you to still let us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs recieved after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors after this deadline- you will be missed!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. We hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!

What should I definitely NOT wear?

Answer

We hope you see this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up! Please avoid sneakers, white/cream dresses, as well as the color red. In order to keep the footage of the day cohesive, we do hope you understand and respect this request. We love you for it!

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside the venue! No need to travel in between! The reception will take place indoors on the same property.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting the first two rows on each side at the ceremony for our immediate family and bridal party. For the reception, you may sit wherever you like!

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 1700. We recommend guest arrive between 1630-1645 so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do NOT walk down the isle and find a seat through the grass. If you stay to the right of the ceremony chairs, you should be alright and out of view from the photographer.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking.

Will there be alcohol and what should I do about driving?

Answer

Yes we will be providing alcoholic beverages. However, we DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. There will be limited parking at our farm house if need be, but vehicles MUST be picked up the next morning by 10:00 am. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking. Otherwise please know who your DD is ahead of time. Please understand that there will be NO underage drinking tolerated. Cherokee county officers will be on site during the reception, and will be keeping a close eye out!
