Rock Island Bridge
KC's newest landmark destination. The Rock Island Bridge is a historic railroad bridge crossing the Kansas River in Kansas City, Kansas. It connects the Armourdale neighborhood to the West Bottoms area near the Kansas-Missouri state line. Check out the River House Restaurant and the scenic views 60 feet over the Kansas River! We have not visited yet but looks so fun.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on the invite envelope and under your name when you RSVP. If you feel like your plus one was left off in error, please contact us before RSVPs are due.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! They will be included on your invite. We do ask that if they are being disruptive that you remove them from the ceremony/dance floor.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is a parking lot across the street from the venue, and all parking in the square is free. There is an ADA entrance in front of the building or in the back!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly suggest cocktail or semi-formal attire. Please no blue jeans. If you wish to dress to the color scheme, you are welcome to dress in black or shades of green.

I have a food allergy or restriction, will I be accommodated?
Answer
Yes! We want everyone to have a good time and not get hangry! Here are a few notes from our caterer: The entree buffet is 100% gluten free (minus the flour tortillas but there will be corn tortillas as well). They do not add animal products into non-meat/cheese items - the rice, beans, and toppings, are vegan friendly! They do not cook with nuts, nut oils, or fish.
