How We Met
Jordan and Sydney both grew up in Eau Claire, WI. Sydney went to Memorial High School (the superior school), and Jordan North High School. Although they grew up in the same city they did not meet until they were in their early 20's at Famous Dave's BBQ. Jordan was a cook and Sydney a server. It didn't take long for Jordan to become infatuated with Sydney's pure beauty, and Sydney was able to become close to Jordan quite quickly, with his caring nature and ability to always make her laugh. They knew they had something special, making their relationship official in 2019. Jordan Proposed to Sydney in the summer of 2022, at her favorite restaurant, Vino over the Valley. Sydney had an itch that something was going on but thanks to the help of Jordan's best man, Dillon, everything went beautifully. Sydney could not be more proud to be Jordan's future wife.

There will be golf carts available for guests unable to walk short distances. Just wait at the ceremony entrance and we will pick you up!
Cocktail Hour

There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails to follow the ceremony. This will be held at the event center, right across the road from the ceremony location. Just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Can't wait to see you!

It's only fitting we have Famous Dave's BBQ catered for our big event! If you are vegetarian, vegan, or have dietary restrictions, please let us know! Dinner will be held from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Music, dancing, and socialization after!

MSP Airport
MSP airport is definitely going to be the easiest to use for domestic flights! We recommend flying to this location. It's about an hour and a half away from the Eau Claire, WI area. EAU airport is going to be the closest to the event center, but with it being such a small airport, it may be on the pricier side.

Fest Valley Events- FREE RV & CAMPING!!
There is free RV & Camping spaces at the event location! Please refer to the website for more details! No reservations necessary, it will be first come first serve. This will be useable from Saturday September 21, 2024 - Sunday September 21, 2024 (Morning checkout).

Fest Valley Events- Cabin Rentals
There are cabin rentals available right outside of the event center where the reception will be hosted. They are $175.00 / night with a queen bed and a pull out sofa sleeper. This is first come first serve, and there is limited availability. You can find cabin availability/reservations on the Fest Valley Events website- under the Cabins/Camping tab, you will find Fall 2024, and Mason/Volbrecht 09/21/24.

We have a block reserved for our wedding guests here! *Please note that in order to receive the rooms within the block at a discounted price, you must make your reservation before 8/20/2024. Reservation discounts will be available for the dates of Friday September 20, 2024 - Sunday September 22, 2024 when using our block name Mason/Volbrecht Wedding! There will be a shuttle available to ride back to the hotel from the reception party, so don't worry you can have a few;)

Leinie Lodge
Take a tour at the Leinenkuegel's Brewery. They often have events going on as well. We have yet to go there, but it is definitely on our to-do list!
Irvine Park & Zoo
Irvine zoo is a great place to bring little ones. There are many walking/hiking trails, and the scenery is beautiful. Spend a day here!
Phoenix Park
Phoenix Park has amazing farmer's markets, vendors, food, and music. Walk the beautiful trails and bridges. This is an Eau Claire stapple. You have to check it out!
