Semi-Formal to Cosmic Casual Attire

This will be a completely outdoor celebration with uneven terrain - please wear appropriate foot wear and come ready to dance! We recommend a change of clothes or layers in case it cools down at night. ~Parking~ *Do Not Park on Searsburg Road* Parking opens at 3:30pm, we welcome & encourage everyone to come get settled, explore the land & enjoy our paradise prior to the ceremony. The driveway loop around our cabin is for passenger drop offs with a small parking area for handicap, vendors and family only. All other drivers - please park in the designated parking areas. *Refer to Map in 'Need to Knows' for Swampy Wedding* Rough Timeline: 3:30pm - Parking Open 4:30-5:30 - Libations & Swampy Snacks 6pm - Ceremony 7:30pm - Buffet Dinner 8:30pm - Dance 'til ya can't! Please note: Your meal preference is for a rough catering count, your decision is not absolute - this will be a buffet! We will keep a close eye on the weather and will update everyone if location details change.

Travel & Accomodations

Ithaca (ITH) is the nearest airport, but Rochester (ROCH) or Syracuse (SYR) may be more reliable. Rental cars will be necessary from all aiports (ubers are extremely limited). Chat with family and friends to carpool! We HIGHLY recommend booking accommodations ASAP - this is wine country and the summer season books up fast! Air BnBs, VRBOs and local Bed & Breakfasts in Hector and surrounding areas would be closest to the wedding location. Many hotels in Ithaca (30 min drive) and a few in Watkins Glen (20 min drive). Our home is immersed in incredible landscapes - state and national parks, waterfalls and great places to eat - see the "Things To Do" section for our favorite spots! *For Tent Campers* You are welcome to set up a tent on the land for Saturday night - please have tents set up by noon on Saturday, at the latest, in the designated map areas only. See map below for parking, camping and other details!

'Need to Knows' for Swampy Wedding

We will have a 'luxury' porta-john trailer with running water sinks and toilets, one handicap porta-john and an outdoor foot pump handwashing station - all near the wedding location. There will also be a regular porta john near the main parking entrance. Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chairs to create your own cozy lounge area. We will have a 'Buck Up Buttercup' station with bug spray, first aid, water, and snacks available all night long. Late night food will be provided.
