Welcome reception for everyone with casual food (pizza truck!) and drinks. Feel free to come by whenever you can make it between 5-9pm. Food will be available roughly between 6-8pm.

The wedding! Please arrive around 3:30/3:45pm ahead of the 4pm ceremony. This will be followed by cocktails, dinner, dancing, and an after-party until midnight for those who choose to stay.
9:00 am - 11:30 am
We know it's Easter and many of you will be taking off early, but we will have an informal meet-up to say goodbye with coffee and light breakfast bites for anyone still around.
Hotel
This is the closest hotel to the wedding venue, located in the heart of Peddler's Village. It's about a 15 min walk to the venue, or a short drive. We have a room block here so make sure to mention the Brooks/Fitz-Gerald wedding when you book or use the link below. Shuttles: There will be complimentary shuttle service from the Golden Plough to the wedding venue on Saturday. There are two shuttles from the Golden Plough - a 14-person Golden Plough shuttle and a 21-person Sterling shuttle. Timing: Both shuttles will make multiple trips between 3:15-3:40pm on Saturday ahead of the 4pm ceremony (please get there a few mins before 3:15pm to load up!) They will also make multiple trips back to the hotel between 10-12pm after the wedding and until the end of the after-party. Location: Meet outside the Main Inn of the hotel where you checked in. We do not have a registry. Your presence at our wedding is more than enough of a gift for us. Plus, we are old and already have lots of stuff! Great question! We are using a handy photo- and video-sharing platform called "guestpix" to allow everyone to share photos. Look out for signs scattered throughout the venue during the wedding weekend displaying the QR code, which you can scan with your phone's camera and easily upload your photos.
