Dress code is semi-formal to dressy casual.

Adults have three meal options: Rosemary Chicken or Mahi Mahi with Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce or Mahi Mahi with or Mango Relish Children have one meal option: Chicken Tenders and French Fries All plated meals include garlic & herb whipped potatoes, lemon pepper green beans, a salad, a dinner roll, tea and water. There will also be a cash bar.

We have officially booked Hotel Indigo as our venue for the reception and wedding on 11-2-2024. They have blocked off 10 bay-view rooms for us at a discounted rate for Friday and Saturday (November 1st and 2nd). You have to reserve them prior to 10-1-2024. If you want a room at this rate, you’ll need to call the hotel and tell them you are staying for the Hagen-Pittman wedding. The rates are $169 or $179 depending if you get a king or two double beds. If you book online it will be about $250 per night and they said they’ve been having trouble with booking online incorrectly stating no rooms are available anyway so it’s just best to call them at 1-850-402-5100. There is also a bunch of different hotels available in the area if you would like to stay somewhere different. The closest Airport is ECP in Panama City Beach, which is only 30 minutes from the hotel.
