Susie and James first met as freshmen at Bellarmine-Jefferson High School. As it turns out, James had always thought Susie was beautiful and smart, but had been too shy to actually ask her out. They graduated and went in search of their own lives. But for Susie, in 2012 the 20 year high school reunion brought James' name back up, and she wondered what happened to him. At the same time, it just so happened that James was discovering the magic of Facebook. One of the first friend requests he sent out was to Susie. She accepted and as the old adage goes, absence did indeed make their heart's grow fonder. They've been in love and inseparable ever since. James states "She's the person who was there when all things were new and special, and she makes the world that way for me again constantly. She knows me so well." Susie is looking forward to seeing all the friends and family. "We are so excited for you to join us as we celebrate our L.A. story and become husband and wife!"
