Long Island Rail Road
Both Flowerfield and the Hilton Garden Inn are a quick uber from either Stony Brook or St James train stations. From JFK Airport-Take the Air Train to Jamaica station and board an eastbound Port Jefferson line train to St James (closest to venue) or Stony Brook (closer to hotel). If a Port Jefferson train is not available you may need to transfer to a Port Jefferson bound train at Huntington Station. From Laguardia Airport-Take the Q70 Bus from the airport to Woodside LIRR station and board an eastbound Port Jefferson line train to St James (closest to venue) or Stony Brook (closer to hotel). If a Port Jefferson train is not available you may need to transfer to a Port Jefferson bound train at Huntington Station. Tickets can be purchased at the station, on the MTA traintime app, or on board the train (more expensive). Trains during rush hour will be marked “Peak” and will be more expensive.

There will be a shuttle available to take guests from the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue. It will remain at the venue all night to take guests back to the hotel as needed. The last shuttle will leave at 11pm after the after party.

Cocktail attire-suits and dresses are encouraged. When in doubt, dress up! We want everyone to look and feel their best!

Due to space restrictions and safety concerns (there is a pond in the middle of the ceremony space!!) we will not be inviting any children. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The venue is very accomodating! Please let your server know of any allergies once you are seated. We can also tell them in advance if you let us know beforehand.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a parking lot right across from the venue with both self-park and valet options. If you are driving to the venue but plan to drink, please do not drive home! You are able to leave your car at the venue overnight, they just ask that you park in a designated area at the back of the lot so the valets are aware.
