Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. If you arrive after the ceremony has started but before the bride has walked down the aisle we ask that you remain in the back until the bride makes it to the altar!

Hotel
This is the hotel block we have reserved for our big day! Standard check in is 3pm; however, hotel staff said that if you contact them about an early check in, they can usually accommodate. We have a shuttle service that will leave the hotel for the ceremony at 2:45pm. For those who can only attend the reception please contact us for other shuttle arrangments.

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. The bridesmaids will be wearing sage green, doesn’t mean you can’t wear it! Please no jeans or sneakers.
Yes, there is parking available as well as golf cart shuttles for those who prefer to skip the stairs and arrive in style! Please keep in mind uber is not easily available in the area. We will have shuttles from designated hotels.
Yes! Please drink responsibly and plan a ride to get home/to your hotel safely!
While we would love to have everyone celebrate with us, we have limited capacity at our venue. We ask that only the individuals listed on your invitation and in your Zola RSVP form attend. We hope that you understand!
Our venue has both outdoor and indoor elements. We plan to hold the ceremony outside as that is important to us. However, we realize it is November in northeast Ohio so we will have an indoor ceremony as a back-up. Please bring a coat/sweater to stay warm during the ceremony, we will have some blankets as well!
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us in this sacred moment. We have hired an amazing professional photographer to capture all the best pictures which we will share with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you like & be sure to share them with us through the photo sharing links posted around the venue. We would love to see how you capture the cocktail hour and reception fun!
If you happen to be running late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle to find a seat. If the bridal party has already preceded down, we ask that you find a seat by walking on the outer side of the chairs.
