If love strikes the unsuspecting, then it is no surprise that when Dara and I were asked in June 2021 to photograph and play music for a friend's wedding, we knew nothing of one another, much less that on that day we would both be relegated to the (very picturesque) balcony of the church for the duration of the ceremony virtually alone, since photography was required to be done from that balcony, which is also where the organ happened to be. The result of this happy coincidence was that we had a very brief conversation at the conclusion of the wedding, so that there in the balcony where we had each been witnessing the other engaged in their art, a merely polite conversation of only a few minutes resulted in each of us having our heart set on the other. Although neither of us knew that our affection was mutual, and although we did not see or speak to each other again for one-and-a-half years, we each remained firm in our conviction concerning the other, and when we again had an opportunity (perhaps less un-arranged than our first encounter) to meet again in December 2022, we quickly sought the other out, and after expressing our long-standing feelings for the other, were set on the blessed path of marriage given to us by God in His goodness for our mutual companionship, happiness, and fruitfulness. We both want to sincerely thank you for visiting our website, and ask for you to pray for our household that God would bless it in Christ with His love, light, and peace.
