Stephanie and Chad met on a dating app, as one does. They'd just started talking when, on a fateful night in October, Stephanie had her plans canceled last minute. She made a joke to her new friend that she was all dressed up and had nowhere to go and he suggested they fix that. They started to make plans and he suggested a little dive bar known as The Rusty Bucket. Now, The Rusty Bucket had become kind of a joke in the Harper-Roith family because it was across the street from the independant living facility where Stephanie's Grandpa Vinny (who just passed away this July) lived, and had visited a few times, but talked about it evey time he visited. It felt like a funny kind of fate. So, we met for our date and dove immediately into deep conversation about every aspect of our lives (because Stephanie doesn't know what small talk is and likes to talk...a lot!) and we agreed we wanted to see each other again. We also fell into conversation so easily that we never actually used each other's names. The next day, Stephanie realized she hadn't asked one of her standard questons, so she texted "What's your middle name?" And he texted back "Chad Robert Hall." Stephanie texted back and asked "Who's Chad?" It turns out Chad had been using his middle name on dating apps for safety reasons and we got so engrossed in our first date, that neither of us ever brought it up or had a reason to correct it. Chad texted back his first of many "Oops" (If only Stephanie got a dollar every time...) and Stephanie has left "date with Rob" on her calander as a reminder. And every once in a while when Chad does or says something, he'll say "That one was Rob."

We'll be snazzy but comfortable, and we'd love you to join us. Think cocktail attire with a relaxed feel. The parking lot and surrounding area is dirt, so keep that in mind when picking your footwear.
We can't wait for you to witness us share our vows. Dining, drinking, and dancing to follow! As both the ceremony and reception will be taking place inside, there will be a cocktail hour in between while we switch things up. A more detailed schedule to follow!

This is where we will be staying on Sunday night. It's probably the best option in Evergreen if you are looking for a standard hotel experience.

Friday, September 12th please!
No registry. Your presence is present enough (see what we did there!), and as elder millennials we already have lots of stuff, but if you are feeling generous, we will put any monetary gifts towards our honeymoon (in Clearwater Beach, FL) and starting our life together!

Yes, there is, and there will be a parking attendant to help. Keep in mind that the lot is dirt.
There will not be formal transportation. Also, the cell reception around the Barn is spotty so Uber and Lyft are not always an option. Please note that the road(s) to and from the Barn are windy and not well lit at night. If you need help with transportation, reach out to us and we'll see how we can help!
