We have reserved a block of rooms at this hotel. This is where the Bride & Groom intend to stay… the bar there will be open until 2 am for potential after-party fun. The block is currently only 10 rooms, at a discounted rate, so don’t wait to book if you intend to stay! Check-in time is 4 pm, but the hotel is less than 5 miles from the venue, so not too far. The hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle, but it is first-come-first-serve so if you’re the shuttle is busy, you may have to wait to be transported. Are children allowed?

Other than the Bride & Groom’s immediate family, no, children are not included in the head count. There is limited space in the venue, please do not bring children. Thanks!

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside under a pavilion (so please dress accordingly - temps average between 50-60 degrees during the time of year). The reception, however, will be held inside.
