What Time Should I Arrive At The Ceremony?

Answer

I would allow 30 minutes for travel and parking. This should allow for all guest to be at there seats at least 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Can We Bring Our Children ?

Answer

While we love all children in our lives, we have limited our gathering to children of immediate family and close friends only, so we ask that you only bring children that are included on your invitation. This will also be noted by the names listed on under your party when RSVP. So please plan ahead. We encourage you to use this night as a date night!

Is There A Dress Code?

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitation, we simply can't have all our lovely guest bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guest to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. We would love to keep the wedding an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding !

Do You Have a Hotel Room Block?

Answer

Yes, we have blocked one hotel. Please refer to the accommodations tab. All rooms must be booked by June 10th, 2025 to receive the discounted rate, but please book your rooms ASAP as we can't guarantee that there will be any left if you wait. The room blocks are first come, first serve. Please let us know if you are unable to reserve a room since we have to be the ones to call to ask if they have any more rooms available. Once your reservation has been confirm please notify us in order to keep head count. Thank you !

What Airport Can I Fly Into?

Answer

Nashville International Airport (BNA). Nashville airport is an hour and half from Mcminnville, TN, but should have plenty of rental car options.

What Happens If I Don't RSVP On Time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP back by the date in which we have provided. We will mark you as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us however we have to provide our total guest count to our venue in the timeframe they have provided us and unfortunately cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope you understand!

I am not wanting to stay in a hotel. Do you have any other recommendations on places to stay ?

Yes, Airbnb or Vrbo are a great resource to look for cabins around the area.

I'm planning to make a weekend trip out of your wedding. Where should I stay ? What should I do?

Answer

Strongly encourage our guest to stay at any of suggested hotels in the area. Mcminnville is a small city that is an hour and half from downtown Nashville. Highly recommend staying in Mcminnville day of the wedding and then staying in Nashville Saturday/ Sunday for a fun weekend exploring the city.
