How It Began
Sarah and Stephen went to UGA's Six Flags Night in 2019 and met through a group of mutual friends. They hung out the whole night and both felt some sparks, but were incredibly shy so they didn't get to say much to each other that night. From there, they followed each other on instagram and became friends.
Life Apart
4 years pass. Stephen went to optometry school in Philadelphia and Sarah went to complete an internship for AMEX, complete her undergraduate degree, and start working full time as a software engineer. They still occasionally kept in contact as friends. Sarah moves to Houston to live with her extended family for a year.
The Stars Align
Sarah is living in Houston, but is seriously homesick and misses Georgia. Stephen graduates optometry school and signs to work for MyEyeDr in his home town, McDonough. Stephen decides to reach out to Sarah to shoot his shot now that he's back in Georgia. She's still in Houston and they message each other every day for a month before going on their first date in Atlanta. Shortly after, Sarah moves back to Georgia and the rest is history.

We recommend that you book hotel in/near Duluth since the reception will be ending late at night.
