We Swiped Right
With a Tinder account made by one of the bride's friends, Taylor and Dillon swiped right in 2014. If it weren't for a job in St. Clair Shores (far from the groom's regular working location), they may have never met.
Our First Date
The bride and groom went on their first date at Lizard's Bar and Grill in Sarnia, ON. Yes, Dillon went to another country for their first date. It wasn't until the groom asked the bride out that he found out Taylor was from CANADA.
Moving to the USA
The bride packed her bags to move her life from Canada to the USA for school and love.
Engaged?!?!
Dillon pop's the question with a gorgeous custom made ring while on a weekend trip to Michigan's wine country. Taylor and Dillon hiked to the top of Pyramid Point in Traverse City to watch the sunset at the top of a sand dune. Shortly after the sun set and other couples were beginning to leave, he turned to Taylor. He said "I love you. Will you marry me?"
Eloped!
They couldn't wait until after the pandemic to tie the knot, so the couple eloped in the park in Birmingham with just them and their witnesses.
