For those that want to keep the party going, transportation will be provided into the bar in town. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation home from the bar (it is walking distance from both hotels).

Delicious breakfast spot right in town - coffees, breakfast burritos, and homemade pastries baked fresh daily. It's a first-come, first-served spot. Arrive a little early on weekends (or order ahead) — it fills up fast.
10 minutes outside of Woodstock. Coffee shop out of a vintage 1964 Shasta trailer. Great if you're looking for a strong cup of cold brew.

About a 15-minute drive from Woodstock, Long Trail Brewing is one of Vermont's most iconic craft breweries. The taproom sits right on the Ottauquechee River, with a solid pub food menu and a rotating selection of their ales and seasonal brews.

Just east of the village, Worthy Kitchen is an easy farm-to-table spot. Think elevated pub food — excellent fried chicken, creative burgers, wings, nachos. The vibe is casual, lively, and welcoming. A perfect spot for a group dinner.
Set inside the historic Kedron Valley Inn in South Woodstock — a short scenic drive from the village — Ransom Tavern is a charming dinner spot for pizza, antipasti, and fresh salads. Reservations are encouraged.
Santé is located right in town. Menu changes seasonally, but is always great — think freshly made pasta, fish, creative small plates. Reservations recommended.
Recently re-opened in the Woodstock Inn. Its menu highlights locally sourced ingredients, shareable dishes, and inventive flavors, all served in a friendly, comfortable setting. Reservations required.
Mt. Peg Trail — A lovely, gentle loop through the woods right from the village, with pretty views over Woodstock. Perfect for a relaxed morning walk or an easy afternoon outing. Woodstock Faulkner Trail / Mt. Tom — This beloved local hike climbs through switchbacks up to the top of Mt. Tom, rewarding you with sweeping views over the village and the surrounding Green Mountains. The lower loop along the river is beautiful on its own, too.

Just a short drive from Woodstock in neighboring Quechee, Simon Pearce is an icon of Vermont craftsmanship. Perched atop the falls of the Ottauquechee River — powered by its very own hydroelectric turbine — the flagship mill is home to a working glassblowing studio where you can watch master artisans shape molten glass by hand. We ask that all guests planning to drive please park at the Woodstock Inn. Busses will be available to and from the reception from 530-11pm.
No! There are NO Ubers, Lyfts, or taxis. All events for the weekend will be within walking distance of each other so you will not need. If you'd like to explore the broader Woodstock area, we recommend driving up or renting a car.
Friday night attire is Country Cocktail. Think blazers & button downs with jeans or khakis for men. Sundresses for women. Saturday events will be Black Tie. It will be cool at night, so bring a shawl! Please note ALL events will be on grass, so wear appropriate footwear.
