Please RSVP no later than July 15, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

The ceremony and reception are held outdoors on grass

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will be starting at 4pm. To avoid being late and missing anything we recommend arriving by 3:45 to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts!

WHERE IS YOUR GIFT REGISTRY?

Answer

Having lived on our own for the past few years, we had amassed everything we needed for our home. As such, we request no boxed gifts. Ultimately, your presence is the greatest gift.

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR OVERNIGHT?

Answer

Our vendor does allow vehicles to be there overnight however they do need to be gone by 11 the next morning. Due to the location of the venue to the airport Uber is a wonderful option!

CAN WE REQUEST PHOTOS FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER?

Please do not approach the photographer with special requests as they have already been advised of the specific images that we have requested.

CAN WE WALK ON THE DOCK?

Answer

The dock will be open only for pictures and closed during the reception for the safety of our guests and per the venue request.

CAN WE FEED THE FISH IN THE POND?

At the request of the venue, we asked that no food would be given to the Koi fish or they be disturbed in any way.

CAN WE REQUEST SONGS AT THE RECEPTION?

As we have chosen to use a personal friend for our DJ, we are going to use a premade Spotify list therefore, if there is songs that you would like to hear at reception, please message the bride or groom as soon as possible to have it added.

CAN WE BRING OUR DOGS?

Even though the venue is outdoors, there is a no pet policy, so please keep your furry friends at home!

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?

The venue is a no smoking area, so please make sure that you are not smoking in the ceremony /reception area and keep it to the parking area and please be mindful of cleaning up after yourselves

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is formal attire, no jeans please.

IS THERE A VEGETARIAN DINNER OPTION?

Unfortunately, we were not able to secure a vegetarian option with our caterer. However, there will be plenty of fruits and vegetables and snacks as well as other side options available.

We have amazing tacos from Sac Tacos catering.
