How do I RSVP?

Guests can RSVP at the bottom of the wedding link sent to you. This will help assist in the number of people that will be attending. You will receive an email thanking you for RSVPing.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! As you are traveling internationally, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, we suggest applying a minimum of 6 months in advance of your trip as a precaution. Passport processing time can take up to 8-11 weeks.

What does it mean when it says “The rates are displayed as a per person per night rate.”

Answer

The deposit is $150 per person (nonrefundable). The deposit will go towards your reservation... The room rate is per night. This amount is subject to change.

When should I book?

Answer

The sooner the better. Keep in mind that this time is considered Spring Break so rooms may go quicker than usual! Once you place a deposit, your room is locked in.

Can I book through the Destify link sent or the actual resort website?

Answer

This is completely up to you! If you book through the link sent from the bride or groom, any questions you may have regarding booking, travel, etc, Destify will be able to assist you. You will have access to your dashboard where you can view, modify, make payments, and more. Also, payment is due 65 days before arrival. Cancellation? Any payments made to Destify will receive a full refund, not including a nonrefundable deposit. Whereas if you book through the actual resort website, there are various booking options such as pay now, deferred payment, or pay the full balance at the hotel. Free cancelation up to 3 days before. Otherwise, it will be a cost.

What if the resort website is cheaper than the link?

Destify is happy to review any rate you find from one of the following companies or websites, within 24hrs after booking: - The resort website - Expedia.com - Orbitz.com - Priceline.com - Hotels.com - Cheapcaribbean.com - Travelocity.com In order to have a price match accepted by our price match department, we require a screenshot taken from a desktop or laptop computer that includes all of the following: 1. The Resort Name 2. Travel Dates 3. Room Category 4. Number of travelers in the room 5. The Final Price (including taxes and fees) 6. URL of the site matching to 7. The Current Date clearly visible (we can only match the current day's rate) *Please note we cannot match to a mobile screenshot because we are not able to verify the date, and often there are special mobile rates we cannot match. We also cannot match rates that require membership of a specific site, group, or program to access them. To submit a price match, please first submit your rooming information and deposit via the couple’s Wedding Website. When you receive your confirmation email from us please reply back with the screenshot of the rate you wish to price match that includes all of the above, within 24hrs of booking.
