Please arrive by 4:15pm to ensure everyone is seated in time for the 4:30pm ceremony.

Is there transportation between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy at the cocktail hour and reception. In order to ensure everyone can partake and get home safely, there will be a shuttle with room for 35 guests departing from the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy at 3:45pm, and picking up guests from the venue following the reception.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Please note rideshares and taxis are not readily available in the area. If you do leave your car at the venue, it must be picked up by 10am on September 21.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, this will be an adults only event, with an exception for young infants. We encourage you to make a date night out of it!
