RSVPs are due September 1st, 2026, so we can get a final guest count to the venue. We will be sending out invites, so don't worry too much about it until then!
We aren't registered anywhere. We have lived together a while and have more than we need as is! If you feel compelled to do something for us something, consider donating to our honeymoon fund! We are just happy to spend the day surrounded by our loved ones <3
Our reception will be a relaxed, mingling style celebration rather than a fully seated dinner. We will have comfortable seating for ~40 people at a time, but with ~80 people joining us, we kindly ask that everyone rotate between dancing, mingling, and sitting so that all guests have a chance to rest throughout the evening. Think of it like a flow! Grab a seat when you need one, enjoy the conversation, then wander, dance, sing a tune, play a game, or mingle so someone else can take a break. We want the night to feel comfortable, easy, and shared for everyone. We are aware of some people who will need dedicated seating due to health or other issues, and don't worry. We have your back! Feel free to reach out if you're unsure if you're on that list!
While we love our tiny friends (so so so much), we are limited on guest counts at the venue and are not able to accommodate children. If there is enough interest, we are open to helping coordinate childcare offsite. Let us know if you are interested in this option and we can help coordinate with other interested parents!
Dress sharp, but full formal is not necessary! Our colors are Emerald Green and Silver if you want to dress to match. No white unless you're the bride!
Let us know at RSVP if you intend to bring a guest and we will let you know. We can only accommodate so many people at the venue.
There is parking available and a shuttle to take you to the ceremony area if you are unable (or just don't want to) walk. Let us know if you need any special accommodations for moving between the ceremony and reception space!
We will be serving wine and beer! Selections offered will be coming soon.
We are about 30 minutes out from Asheville, but there are several rentals nearby! If you're willing to share, let us know and we can pair you with another traveler. We want to make sure everything is as affordable as possible! The Wildberry Lodge is another option (~10 minute drive to venue.) There is a Days Inn ~20 minutes away as well! The nearest airports are Asheville Regional Airport (27 minutes), Tri-Cities Regional Airport (~90 minutes), and Charlotte Douglas International Airport (~124 minutes). Feel free to reach out for help with accommodations, flights, etc! We are here to help!
