Following this link will direct you to the group rate rooms that are available in our room block. PLEASE NOTE: these rooms are all suite style and our block offers one bedroom or two bedroom king suites. Those of you traveling as a family or with a group could benefit from booking a two bedroom suite that includes two separate rooms with king beds, with two separate bathrooms, as well as a pull out couch in the living area. The single bedroom suites also include one bedroom with a king bed and a separate sofa bed in the living area. We have a limited number of rooms in the block and encourage you to book rooms as a family where possible to ensure that everyone has the ability to stay at the hotel with us. Additionally, you MUST book directly with the hotel (either by phone or the website) in order to be added to the group rate and transportation list. Third party sites will not be accepted. If you are not added to the block you may not be able to use the hotel shuttle as well. Please reach out to us if you have questions!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Please ensure that you give plenty of time to get from your hotel to the venue so that there are no delays. If you are staying at the hotel we have recommended, the shuttle will drop you off at the correct time.
If you received a plus one on your invite you may bring a date. Your invitation will specify how many people are invited. People not specifically named or those without “guest” written on their invite are not permitted to attend.
Our ceremony and reception will both be indoors, with the exception of the short walk between the chapel and the reception venue.
Our dress code is formal. This means that men should wear a sport coat, suit, or tux, with a tie. Women may wear mid or floor length dresses, or a pant suit. Please avoid wearing shades of pink as that is what the bridal party will be in.
Due to the large number of people already included in our celebration, we have opted not to include children at our wedding. This will be a 21+ event and we hope you can enjoy the night out!
For those of you staying at the Hyatt House, there will be a shuttle to and from the venue prior to the start of the wedding and after the reception ends. Those of you not staying at the hotel may utilize Uber or Lyft that are both very prevalent in the area. There is also ample parking space onsite for those of you that would like to drive.
Our hotel block will cutoff 30 days before our wedding. If you have not booked a room by then, we recommend calling the hotel to see if you can add yourself to the block. They may be able to provide the group rate, but it is not guaranteed. However, you will still have access to the free shuttle to and from the wedding.
