What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal. For men, this typically includes a suit or a blazer with dress pants (dress chinos are acceptable), a dress shirt, and dress shoes; a tie is optional. For women, semi-formal options include cocktail or midi-length dresses, dressy separates, or a chic pantsuit. NO Jeans or Shorts! Surprise! During the reception dinner, you can definitely change into something more comfortable! there will be time between the ceremony and reception to head back to your hotel to change if you wish!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras tucked away during our ceremony. We’re excited to share this special moment with you in person, without the glow of screens. Our professional photographer will capture all the magic so no one misses a beat. I promise! We will share the images with you afterward.

We kindly request that attendance be limited to those named on the invitation, as our space is limited. Thank you for helping us keep our day special and intimate.

Yes, during our dinner reception, we’ll provide a selection of drinks to complement the meal. To keep things intimate and mindful of our budget, each guest will receive a limited number of complementary drink, with additional options available for purchase afterward. We’re grateful for your understanding and excited to share a toast over dinner!

What about the weather?

Flagstaff in June offers pleasant, dry weather with an average temperature of mid to low 70s during the day, and in the evenings, it drops to the 40s. So bring something comfortable! A light jacket for the evening, since the reception will be outdoors, on the patio restaurant.

We are excited to celebrate with you! Since this beautiful ceremony is outside, come prepared! take your Zinc and Vitamin C to boost your immune system and bring your allergy meds! All the beautiful trees and flowers will be in full bloom! With that being said, if you are sick (fever, cough, fatigue, etc.), we ask that you stay home so that those who may be immunocompromised do not get sick as well. We appreciate your understanding.
