How We Met

Sisi and Miles first met at EOS Fitness in Las Vegas. Sisi, a personal trainer, had to get familiarized with other departments. She met Miles at the front desk, where they spent hours on end talking about any and everything. This unexpected time together laid their foundation for their connection. For their first date, Miles suggested a paint and sip event. Both arrived having had a few drinks, which made the evening relaxed and fun. They turned the painting into a friendly competition, even asking other participants to vote. Sisi won. During the date, Sisi called her mom, which Miles found a bit weird but memorable. Beyond their first date, Sisi and Miles discovered many shared passions. They love listening to music together, often having dance parties at home. Their shared passion for fitness, stemming from their time at EOS, kept them motivated and active together. They also enjoy trying new crafting hobbies, from painting to pottery, often laughing more than perfecting their creations. These shared activities have deepened their bond and made every day an adventure. Sisi finds Miles to be intelligent, goofy, and incredibly driven. He has opened her eyes to a bigger world beyond her immediate surroundings, and she eagerly looks forward to exploring that world with him in their future together. Miles, in turn, loves how Sisi consistently strives for growth and development, whether personally, professionally, or romantically. He adores her genuine excitement when she achieves something new, and through her, he's learned the importance of taking risks and cultivating more patience.

Wedding Party

We're so lucky to be surrounded by an amazing group of loved ones, and while we're not having a traditional wedding party, we do want to introduce two very special people who will be standing by our sides.

Amaya Mixon

Maid of Honor

Amaya is more than a friend; she's family. Our friendship began in 3rd grade, and we spent our childhood as neighbors, practically inseparable all the way through high school. Even when I lived in the Bay Area and she in Atlanta, our bond never skipped a beat. It felt like fate when we both found ourselves in Las Vegas in 2022, and we picked up right where we left off. Her unwavering support, endless laughter, and incredible friendship mean the world to us, and we couldn't imagine getting married without her standing by our side.

Donald Jackson

Best Man

Donald and Miles' friendship kicked off in Houston in 2022 while working at UPS. They quickly bonded over their shared love for video games and unwinding with a cold drink. Donald isn't just a friend, but truly family. His unwavering loyalty and good humor have meant the world to us, and we're honored to have him by our side as we start this new chapter.

FAQ

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire with a hint of Disco: Bring your shine! Think satin, metallics, and flow! Keep it elegant but ready to dance. And no white, cream, or ivory... obviously.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our guest list is shining bright and our space is limited. We kindly ask that only the names listed on your invitation join us for the celebration.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your kiddos, this dance floor is for the adults only.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There's a parking lot just across the street + street parking, but we HIGHLY recommend catching an Uber or Lyft! We would love for you to sip and dance the night away safely (and worry-free)!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm! Please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm to park, find your seat, and get ready to celebrate love.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Don't leave us hanging on the dance floor! Please let us know if you'll be joining the celebration by June 1st.
