The Ceremony and Reception will all be held at the Marina Del Rey. The after party location will be determined closer to the day.

We are urging anyone traveling, to book their room(s) ASAP. You do not need to pay until you arrive, however, you can still make a reservation. While guests have until 05-25-26 to book within the block at the discounted rate and availability, we were only able to block off 20 rooms. Additional rooms can be booked once the 20 rooms are filled, depending on availability. June is a busy month for weddings and the hotel said they book up fast. Please let them know if you will be staying there outside of the dates we reserved. When you make a reservation, please use the group name: Sullivan - Pitcher Wedding Block. Rooms are blocked off for June 25th, 26th and 27th.

While we absolutely love your little ones, we're keeping the guest list for the ceremony and reception to children in the wedding party and those who are traveling abroad. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate this special milestone. We can't wait to share this day with you!

Do I need to stay at the hotel that is blocked off?
Answer
While it is not necessary for you to stay at the hotel we have reserved, we selected it due to the convenient location, just 15 minutes from the venue. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the Metro North train station, which provides direct access to Grand Central Station in Manhattan, should you wish to explore the city during your stay. If you choose to stay elsewhere, kindly inform us of your accommodation details. Some hotel or Airbnb listings can be misleading and not as convenient as they make it out to be.

When should I RSVP by?

Formal invitations will be mailed out in early 2026. At that time, you will have the opportunity to submit your RSVP via this website.

Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
NYC has tons of airports, but Laguardia is definitely the easiest for domestic flights and is only a short car ride to the hotel we reserved. JFK, Stewart and Newark would be the closest international airports for those traveling abroad.
