What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Guests are able to arrive from 13:00. Please aim to arrive 13:15-13:30 for a 13:45 start.

Formal summer wedding attire No polo shirts, sportswear or casual clothing No white or cream outfits Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside so be mindful of British weather

Do we have to travel between the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

The entire day and evening will be at Highley Manor where we have exclusive use of the venue for the wedding. Once you arrive for the day, there's nowhere else to travel until your departure.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as early as possible. All responses are required by 28th February 2026, but those responding earliest will be be accounted for favourably in wedding logistics. If we don’t receive a response, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend. Click 'RSVP' towards the top of this webpage, or scroll to the bottom and insert your name to accept or decline your invitation.

Can I stay at the venue overnight?

Answer

Highley Manor offers limited on-site accommodation. We’ll be in touch with some guests directly to provide booking information, prioritising family, guests from abroad and the wedding party. With remaining availability, we'll then reach out to guests in order of RSVP confirmation. Within a 15-minute drive, there are plenty of hotels and regular trains to London from Three Bridges.

This celebration is for grown-ups only — babysitters encouraged!

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, we’ll have drinks and canapés to enjoy. You’ll be able to choose from a three-course menu for the wedding meal, accompanied by wine and bubbles for the toasts. In the evening, the bar will be open for the party, with drinks available to purchase, and evening food will be provided to keep the party going!
