We first met in early 2017 when Joe moved to Hawaii, and fate brought us together at work. Since then, we’ve built a life full of love, laughter, and growth. On November 28, 2021, we welcomed our greatest blessing, Sarina. Now, as we celebrate eight incredible years together (give or take a few months!), we’re so excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife.

At the Polynesian Cultural Center in Oʻahu, you can explore six immersive island villages—Hawaiʻi, Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Aotearoa, and Tahiti—each offering hands-on cultural experiences like hula lessons, coconut husking, and traditional games. Enjoy canoe rides along a scenic lagoon, catch the vibrant Huki canoe pageant, and sample local food at the Hukilau Marketplace.
Ko Olina Ocean Adventures offers a range of ocean experiences along Oʻahu’s west coast, including dolphin watching, snorkeling with sea turtles, and scenic catamaran cruises. Popular activities include morning and afternoon snorkel sails, sunset cruises with drinks and appetizers, and private charters for special occasions. Tours often include gear, snacks, and expert guides, with opportunities to see Hawaiian spinner dolphins, tropical fish, and other marine life in their natural habitat. Whether you're seeking adventure, relaxation, or a family-friendly outing, there's something for everyone.
Manoa Falls offers a scenic rainforest hike to a 150-foot waterfall, with lush jungle views and nearby botanical gardens at Lyon Arboretum. Visitors can enjoy nature, spot rainbows, grab local food in Manoa Town, and see filming locations from Jurassic Park and Lost.
Paradise Cove Luau offers a fun Hawaiian cultural experience with traditional crafts and games, a fish net ceremony, and an underground roasted pig reveal. Guests enjoy a Hawaiian buffet and end the night with Polynesian dances and a thrilling fire knife performance—all by the beach.
The Diamond Head hike in Hawaii is a popular and moderately challenging trail that offers breathtaking panoramic views of Waikiki, Honolulu, and the Pacific Ocean. The 1.6-mile round-trip hike takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete and includes steep switchbacks, a lighted tunnel, and historic military bunkers from World War II. Along the way, hikers can enjoy scenic viewpoints, learn about the crater's geological and military history, and observe native plants and birds. It’s best to start early in the day to avoid heat and crowds. Non-residents must make a reservation in advance, and visitors should wear proper footwear, bring water, and be prepared for limited shade on the trail.
