In our second year of marriage, we've decided to host a wedding ceremony to celebrate with our family and friends. Since moving to Austin last May and settling into our new old house in September, we've poured our hearts into giving it a fresh vintage look and making this house a true home. Transforming it into a space where we truly relax and enjoy. When I was unsure of where to hold the wedding, our wonderful friends suggested having it right in our backyard. On June 28, 2022, we headed to San Diego, California, to celebrate the wedding of our dear friends Yujing and Juntao. It was such a pleasure to witness their happiness, and honestly, their love story is one of a kind I've ever seen, it is so pure and perfect. I was so caught up in their beautiful day that I had no idea a huge surprise was coming my way on June 30. After months of planning, Panqi popped the question with the help of our awesome friends. That day, surrounded by love and the people who mean the most to us, I felt like the luckiest person in the world. Thinking back on those moments, my heart is filled with gratitude and love.
