What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 19th 2025 to ensure attendance. Late RSVPs may not be able to be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children or a plus one?
Answer
While we would love to have as many people celebrate with us as possible, due to space restrictions, we ask that only the guests specified on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. Think dress pants and a button up or a cocktail dress. Ladies, please avoid wearing white, and while the ceremony and reception space is solid ground, the parking area is gravel so be mindful of your footwear choice.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoor/outdoor. Provided that it will be early fall, we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner. For entrees there will be a choice of chicken and/or pork with sides. If you would like a gluten free/vegan option, please reach out to us directly.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already begun, we ask that you please wait to take your seat until the processional has been completed.

Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
There will be a shuttle bus running from The Schoenbrunn Inn to the wedding venue. The pick up times from the hotel to the venue will be 2:15 pm, 3:00 pm, and 3:40 pm. Return shuttle pick up at the venue will begin at 9:00 pm. Vehicles may be left overnight at the venue but must be picked up by 9 AM Monday 10/20.

What is the easiest way to get to your wedding venue?
Answer
For guests coming from the Akron/Canton/Cleveland areas, we recommend following 77S to US 250 E to avoid steep, winding back roads.
