When is the RSVP deadline?

Please arrive at 4:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have questions!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal. For men, this means a suit with or without a tie. For women, cocktail or floor-length dresses are appropriate. For more examples, visit this website: https://www.theknot.com/content/formal-wedding-attire The ceremony will take place on grass - keep that mind when making your shoe selection for the evening.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We've booked multiple hotel room blocks for our guests. Please see our "Travel" section for more details.

Yes! We've included a field in the RSVP form for dietary restrictions. Please let Shirley know if you need assistance filling out these details.

Is there parking for the wedding?

There is plenty of free parking available at The Oaks.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to those who stay in our room block at The Inverness. Those who choose to stay elsewhere will need to find their own transportation to the venue.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Colorado, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be unpredictable. It can be 80 and sunny, or it can be 30 and snowing. Please check the weather before traveling and make sure to bring layers just in case :)

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting - our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be indoors.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! But since Denver is at high altitude, alcohol has a much stronger effect here. One drink in altitude = 2 drinks at sea level. Please drink responsibly and stay hydrated!
