When should I RSVP by?

We're looking forward to celebrating with you, so please confirm your attendance by May 13, 2025. If you don't RSVP, we will assume you are not attending.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our venue has both an indoor/outdoor areas. Weather permitting the ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception inside the venue.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

In mid-June, the weather in Blackfoot, Idaho is typically warm, with average daily high temperatures above 75°F: Daytime: Temperatures are between 85–95°F Nighttime: Temperatures drop to 65–70°F

What is the dress code?

Answer

The happy couple request you to dress in a dressy casual attire. If you would like to dress in our wedding colors they are: black, rose gold, grey, and sage green.

When should we arrive?

Answer

We would like all guests to arrive at 5 o’clock p.m. and be seated before our 5:30 p.m. start time.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving chips, salsa and refreshments.

Will there be dinner?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving a Mexican themed taco bar.

Is there going to be alcohol?

Answer

No. The bride and groom ask that no one brings any alcohol to the venue. This is a dry event.

Yes, there will be dancing after the ceremony and dinner.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking area near the venue. There is a bit of walking over a grassy area. If you require assistance, please let us know, and we can see if we can help you.

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon, we would be incredibly grateful.

Can I take photos? Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

We'd love for you to capture memories, but kindly ask that you don't post any photos on social media until we do.

We are not planning on doing a virtual ceremony at this time.
