WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

To help us plan, we kindly ask that you RSVP by June 2, 2025. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as a “No” and you will not be able to attend the ceremony or reception. This is due to the limited capacity at the shelter, including vendors. We hope you understand and appreciate your prompt response!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

No, unfortunately we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you have a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We’ve decided to keep the celebration a bit more intimate and limit the number of kiddos attending. Your formal invitation will let you know if your little ones are included in our celebration. If not, we encourage you to take this opportunity for a well-deserved date night! Enjoy the night out—sans kids—and celebrate with us!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow you time to check-in, park and be seated. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you may be seated in the reception area until the end of the ceremony.

We’re keeping things laid-back and full of flavor with a cookout-style reception! Think delicious grilled eats, good tunes, lawn games, and relaxed, feel-good vibes. Come hungry, come ready to dance, and come as you are—we’re here to celebrate love, laughter, and a whole lot of barbecue!

We’ve got the essentials covered—water, soda, juice, plus a Bride’s Signature Drink and a Groom’s Signature Drink (because why not?). Got a favorite beverage we might not have? Feel free to BYOB and sip on what you love!
