School Bus Transport

There will be a school bus that is available to transport guests from downtown Portsmouth at 3:00 PM and bring them to the wedding venue. If you wish to take the bus please arrive at the pick up location at least 10 minutes prior as the bus will promptly leave at 3:00 PM. There will only be one drop off. The pick up location will be located outside of the Hanover Parking Garage at 34 Hanover Street in Portsmouth. After the reception the bus will then promptly leave at 10:00 PM from the venue to take guests back to downtown Portsmouth where you may continue to celebrate, catch an uber or find your way home! If you wish to take the bus back please be ready to board the bus at least 10 minutes prior as the bus will promptly leave Pine Road at 10:00.

Question
What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by July 1st to allow ample time for our vendors to plan.
Question
Is there parking at the wedding venue?
Answer
The North Hampton Elementary School is right around the corner from Pine Road. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the wedding from there. Parking is free and available to anyone. You may also leave your car overnight if need be. However, we are providing a bus transport to and from the wedding from Portsmouth. For more details on the bus transportation please see the Transport section.

What time do I need to arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to allow time to be seated before the bride arrives.

What time does the wedding end?
Answer
The reception will end promptly at 10:00 PM to allow all guests to board the bus, find their cars, or purchase an uber. Out of respect to the Pongrace family we ask everyone to have left their residence by 10:30 PM.

We are very sorry, but our wedding will be child free. We hope you can still join us for our special day!

If your invitation says “and Guest”, then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We’re excited to celebrate with you in style! As our wedding will be outdoors, we kindly ask that guests dress in cocktail attire — think elegant yet comfortable.
